PRACTICAL INFORMATION

The Israel Study Tour provides you with the LAND ARRANGEMENT. You need to arrange your own airline tickets. We suggest you book an airplane seat right away, as this gives you the opportunity to find inexpensive flight arrangement.

When you arrange your flight, please make sure that you can be in Jerusalem during the afternoon of Sunday, Nov 30. We start by eating dinner together at 6.30 pm.

If you want to come some days earlier or stay longer, let us know with your registration and we will help you arrange this.

COSTS

The cost for the entire Study Tour Land Arrangement is only $1,495.

REGISTRATION FEE $325 (Non-refundable) Make sure to register early, so you have a place secure on the Tour!

·  Insurance (travel, health, accident)

·  Airport transfers (you are responsible for your own airfare and transfer from/to Ben Gurion airport in Israel)

OPTIONAL COSTS AND OTHER PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

· SINGLE SUPPLEMENT $395

· TRANSFER FROM BEN GURION AIRPORT TO HOTEL IN JERUSALEM (The cheapest alternative is to take a SHERUT from the airport to the Hotel. This is completely safe and is available around the clock. The cost is 45 Shekel, Approx $12)

· There is also the possibility to get your OWN TAXI FOR UP TO 7 people. The cost is $85 and includes personal assistance. If you are several people that arrive together this is a great alternative, as you can split the cost and can travel quickly. This is "Transfer 1" if you want to check it in the Registration form.

· TRANSFER FROM HOTEL IN TIBERIAS TO BEN GURION AIRPORT, INCLUDING DINNER ON THE WAY $35 (The bus leaves the Hotel at 2 pm, December 9 and will arrive approx 8 pm at the airport)

· 3rd PERSON in a double room, reduction is $70

· Single supplement the entire time $395
