Netanyahu Trump Meeting
Last month we asked all of you to pray for a good working relationship between Israel, USA and Great Britain during President Trump’s time, in order to defeat radical Islam! We have already seen answers to prayer in this area.
Last week Prime Minister Netanyahu met with Prime Minister Theresa May in Great Britain, and now we ask all of you to pray for the important upcoming meeting between Netanyahu and President Trump on February 15. There is no doubt that this meeting will be extremely important for the whole world in the next few years.
As the relationship between Netanyahu and President Obama was extremely difficult, Prime Minister Netanyahu has spoken about the presidency of Donald Trump as the beginning of the world of the future. Both Netanyahu and Trump are hated and viciously attacked by left wing politicians and in the media.
Pray that they will establish a productive trust between themselves and kick off a good working relationship from the very start! It is hard to overestimate the crucial importance of their first upcoming meeting, when they will draw up the important political guidelines for “the world of tomorrow”.
We also need to pray that the “two state solution” will be placed on the back burner as part of “the world of yesterday,” and not be the focus of their meeting. Pray that Netanyahu will boldly present the historical and national rights of the Jewish people to the whole land of Israel! Pray for much wisdom to strategize the battle against radical Islam!
The situation is very dangerous and difficult right now, but we believe that 2017 will be a Jubilee year of breakthrough for Israel. This is a crucial time. All who long for the kingdom (Mk 15:43) need to pray right now as never before as watchmen on the walls of Jerusalem for God to arise and fulfill His promises to Israel.
The Supreme Court of Israel
”Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands far away; for truth has stumbled in the public squares, and uprightness cannot enter. Truth is lacking, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey. The Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.” (Isa 59:14-15)
The second important prayer topic this month is the Supreme Court of Israel. This week the Government of Israel voted to adopt the so called Regulation Law, which normalizes the rights of home owners in Judea and Samaria to the same laws and regulations that exist in the rest of Israel. This will make it difficult to uproot more Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. EU, the UN and all left wingers are in an uproar about it, but all Jews who love the Land of Israel are rejoicing.
There is, however, a major problem. Most experts believe that the Supreme Court of Israel will not approve the Regulation Law, but will declare it illegal or at least problematic according to “international law”. Israel is supposed to be a democracy run by an elected government and not a “judicial theocracy”. The Regulation Law is primarily a political ruling that the Supreme Court should have no authority to overturn.
It probably comes as a surprise to many that the state of Israel still does not have a written constitution! On May 14, 1948, in the first meeting of the Israeli Provisional Government, it was decided that a written constitution should be submitted to the government of Israel on or before October 1, 1948. This was, however, never done mainly because the secular and the religious factions failed to agree on such core issues as the purpose of the state, the state’s identity, and the long-term vision for the state. It is still a fierce ideological battle that continues to this day.
When the first right wing government was elected in Israel in 1977, the left wing, secular camp went into panic mode. They eventually decided on a strategy to take control of the Supreme Court in such a way that they could limit and even overrule the decisions of any right wing government regardless of the votes of the people.
Over time the Supreme Court of Israel has gradually established a constitution of its own for Israel by elevating two laws of “basic human rights”: The Freedom of Occupation Law and The Human Dignity and Freedom Law. The Supreme Court has also taken upon itself the right to interpret these two human rights’ laws as they see fit and all other laws in Israel are basically submitted to these two laws.
Most of the members of the Supreme Court are very left leaning and they can veto any new member to the Court elected by the Government. If the justices on the Supreme Court do not think that a decision in the Government is in line with their view on human rights, they just overrule the Government.
The very impressive Supreme Court building was built and financed by a famous Free Masonry family who is not even Israeli. They placed it on a hill directly overlooking the Knesset and the architecture is filled with occult and satanic symbols, like obelisks, pyramids, the all seeing eye, etc. It is not surprising that after the Supreme Court moved into this building in 1992, they began to establish laws making it possible for them to overrule basically every decision made by the Government of Israel. The first law that the Supreme Court established to take control of the Government of Israel was that not just someone who is directly affected by a new law, but anyone can make an appeal to the Supreme Court over any new law. This has made it possible for all kinds of left wing political NGOs to make appeals to the Supreme Court even if they are not directly affected by the law. Studies have shown that whereas right wing NGOs many times have to wait for a year or more for their appeals to be dealt with by the Court, the appeals from well financed, left wing NGOs with direct access to the judges are usually dealt with within hours or a few days at the most. It is a very unjust system.
Less than 2 days after the Knesset passed the “Regulation Law,” …Israel’s High Court of Justice has asked the Israeli government to present a legal defense of the bill within 30 days. The High Court’s request was made after 17 Palestinian municipalities, with the help of three NGOs in Israel (Adalah, the Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights and the Jerusalem Center for Human Rights), filed a petition against the law claiming it to be “unconstitutional.”
“The law eliminates the basic rights of the Palestinian residents of the West Bank and leaves them with no legal protections by permitting the pilfering of their private property for the benefit of Israeli settlers in the West Bank on the basis of an ethnically-inspired ideological world-view,” the petitioners argued. Moreover, the petitioners claimed that the Regulation Law “contradicts the obligation of the IDF Commander to protect the property rights.”
Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely, a member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party, has rejected such arguments.
“The underlying premise behind the critics of Israel is that this is occupied Palestinian land,” she noted. “This premise is incorrect. The settlement law that the Israeli parliament passed this week reflects a just legal principle.”[i]

A Spiritual Battle
The Bible makes it clear that we do not fight against human enemies made of flesh and blood but against spiritual powers.
“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” (Eph 6:12)
The antichrist is the lawless one who will one day take his seat in the temple of God, “proclaiming himself to be God”. (2 Th 2:4) The antichrist system is in essence the deification of man and secular “human rights” rebelling against the commandments of God. This is the main end time spiritual battle and we must enter into sustained, concerted intercessory prayer until God breaks this power over the Government of Israel!
“And I saw what appeared to be a sea of glass mingled with fire—and also those who had conquered the beast and its image and the number of its name, standing beside the sea of glass with harps of God in their hands. And they sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb.” (Rev 15:2-3)

The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; he frustrates the plans of the peoples. The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage!” (Ps 33:8-12)

- Pray that the Spirit of God will break the power of atheistic humanism in the Supreme Court of Israel so that Israel can become a light to the nations!

- Pray for strength and unity among those who fear God in Israel to enact new laws that can limit the undemocratic influence of the Supreme Court!
